SEATTLE, Wash. - One of the Unlimited Lights boats flipped at Seafair during a practice run on Lake Washington Friday.
It was Bill Strain driving the UL-56 "Miss Diagnosed" when the blow over occurred on the front straight-away. The boat had a "soft landing" - meaning it came down right-side up, but the left sponson was torn up.
Strain was uninjured, but the boat's banged up enough that they are done racing for the weekend.
