Dr. Ken Muscatel amazingly walked away unharmed when his hydroplane, the Silver Dollar Casino, flipped in the air and the hull split in two. It happened during a wild finals in the 2002 Columbia Cup in the Tri-Cities, WA. KNDU-TV has the only pictures of the flip.
