KITTITAS COUNTY, Wash. - An attorney from Kennewick died in a car crash Monday morning after losing control while driving on Highway I-90 west of Cle Elum.
Washington State Troopers say 65-year-old Raymond Whitlow was driving westbound near milepost 54 around 8 AM when he lost control and swerved in front of another vehicle. The driver of that vehicle, 30-year-old Tommie Murray of Kennewick, hit Whitlow's vehicle.
Troopers say Whitlow was deceased at the scene. The second driver was not hurt.
Whitlow practiced law at Hames, Anderson, Whitlow & O'Leary.
Whitlow's co-workers say he was a huge WSU supporter and former Tri-City College Preperatory High School Athletic Director.
