WALLA WALLA, Wash. - The Exchange Club of Walla Walla honored District 4 Firefighter Wade Hicks as its Officer of the Year Award.
Hicks' excelled in his ability to learn the role of a Firefighter/EMT to the point where is a valuable asset to the training officer during the Fall academy recruitment says District 4 Fire Chief and Hicks' nominator, Rocky Eastman.
The club says the Officer of the Year program gives our clubs opportunities to thank their local law enforcement agencies for their dedicated service while recognizing special officers for their actions above and beyond the call of duty.
