attempted robbery in the 8400 block of N Rude St in Hayden.
Michael W
Lyman (22) of Post Falls was delivering newspapers and stopped at the address
to deliver the paper when he encountered an adult male laying in the front

demanded money inferring he had a gun.
Michael did not see a gun and challenged the male.

St. The male is described as white,
approximately 6'2" and 180 lbs. He was
last seen wearing dark pants, a dark grey or dirty "hoody" type
sweatshirt.
The male had a red bandana
with white spots on it covering the lower portion of his face.
Deputies
found a garage door open in the 8600 block of N Rude St. during their search
along with a quiver of arrows propped up on a nearby fence.
The quiver had been taken from the open
garage. Indications are that the male
may have been in the area committing burglaries. The male has not been located.
