RICHLAND, Wash., -- A new 20,000 square-foot warehouse in north Richland adds an efficient storage and warehouse option to the Hanford and Innovation District.
The building sits at 2455 Battelle Boulevard, next to the Ferguson distribution center.
It was built by Washington company 286833 LLC, and Fisher and Sons of Burlington was the general contractor.
The warehouse has glass front doors for office or showroom entrances, thirty-two-foot-high eaves, four dock doors and four large truck doors. It can be split into four 5,000 square-foot spaces, each with its own dock and entrance.
The building is suitable for contractors,manufacturers and industrial companies needing additional space or laydown yard capabilities. Commercial brokers Dirk and Derrick Stricker of NAI Tri-Cities are managing the property.
