Coroner Identifies Coulee City Ice Climbing Fall Victim

Posted: Updated:

COULEE CITY, Wash. - The Grant County coroner identifies an ice climber who died in a fall Sunday near Coulee City as 60-year-old Robert Andrew Prosser of Edmonds.

Coroner Craig Morrison says Prosser and a friend were at a canyon popular with ice climbers, but it's not clear if Prosser was on an icy surface when he fell about 150 feet. He died at the scene of head and chest injuries.
