Richland Man Facing About Two Decades in Jail For Rape

PASCO, Wash. -- A Richland man could face about 20 years behind bars for kidnapping and assaulting a Pasco woman over two years ago.

On Friday, a Franklin County Jury found 31-year-old Jonathan Keenan Gordon guilty of 2nd degree rape and 2nd degree assault with sexual motivation.


In 2011, a woman said Gordon and another man took her to a Pasco apartment where Gordon raped her. The charges against that other man were dismissed.

Gordon faces 17 to 23 years in jail. Sentencing is scheduled for January 29th.
