PASCO, Wash. - A Franklin County jury finds a Pasco gang member guilty of assaulting two women almost a year ago.  Jurors convicted Isidro Licon of two counts of 2nd degree assault with firearm enhancements, and one count of 2nd degree unlawful possession of a firearm.  The 25 year old faces up to 10 years in prison.  The Franklin County Prosecutor says Licon will be back in court in about three weeks though, this time going to trial for his involvement in a shooting in February 2012.  A man was shot at the Pic A Pop Minimart near 5th & Court in Pasco.  The victim was seriously injured, but survived.
