OLYMPIA, Wash.  - The Washington Department of Labor and Industries is making sure every person working the state knows what to do in case of an accident. 

The department has mailed new workplace posters to every employer in the state with information on worker rights, health and safety.  

L&I executives say the change requiring injured workers to choose a doctor from within the L&I network prompted them to send out the new signs.
