Final Victim of Fatal Bus Crash Identified

PENDLETON, Ore. - The Oregon State Police release the name of the final victim who was killed in the fatal bus crash that killed a total of 9 people and injured 38 others along Interstate 84 east of Pendleton.

He is 19-year-old Richard Michael Sohn from Bellevue, Washington.

Police say they are not releasing any more information on the investigation at this time.
