The Washington State women's basketball team travel north to take on Gonzaga Saturday in a battle for Inland Empire supremacy.
The rivalry game tips off at 2 p.m. from the McCarthey Athletic Center in Spokane and will be televised live on SWX.
The Cougars (3-7) look to get back in the win column for the first time since knocking off then-20th-ranked Ohio State in Pullman on Dec. 15. It won't be an easy challenge, however, as Gonzaga sports a 10-3 record and is receiving votes in the USA Today Coaches Poll.
Washington State leads the all-time series 17-6 but have dropped the past four meetings, including last year's 71-69 contest.
