KENNEWICK, Wash. -- The trial for a Richland nanny accused of manslaughter is still on schedule for late January.
Today in court, defense attorneys told the judge they do not object to the use of Kelli Jacobsen's statements to police during the trial.
Jacobsen is charged with manslaughter in the death of one-year old Ryder Morrison back in June 2011. Jacobsen claims the boy fell and hit his head, but the coroner says he found other injuries and declared the boy's death a homicide.
Attorneys for both sides are working to schedule their witnesses around the January 28th court date.
