A&E Roofing is donating 100 percent of the proceeds from a special product sales drive to benefit OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland, Oregon.
Salem, Oregon (PRWEB) December 13, 2012
A&E Roofing, a roof contracting company in Salem, Oregon, is giving back to its community, in particular, to those who need it the most: our children.
The concept is simple: A&E Roofing will be selling shirts, hats and Hydro Flask bottles, sending 100 percent of the proceeds to OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland, Oregon. Depending on who is purchasing the items, products will either be delivered or shipped to the location.
“Having kids, I know how expensive it can be and can only imagine how horrible it would be to have a sick child,” says Greg Jensen, president of A&E Roofing. “We want to give back to our community and help out those who are in need throughout the year, not just because it is the holidays. I always think it is kind of funny that people give during the holidays and not year round, as if the needs stop after the tree comes down.”
Doernbecher Children's Hospital offers a broad range of pediatric treatments to more children in more places than any other hospital in Oregon or Southwest Washington. Since Doernbecher is part of OHSU, Oregon’s only academic health center, the hospital offers the latest and most advanced pediatric treatments available.
