RICHLAND, Wash.-- Gesa Credit Union is going even more high tech.
The company says they will be the first financial institution in the Northwest to use state of the art Personal Teller Machines.
The video banking system is designed to improve operations and enhance the member experience.
The uGenius Personal Teller Machine will give credit union members the option to interact with a live teller through two-way video.
"It's much more efficient in the long run than the way we do business today. We also know that we have a lot of members who are very technologically savvy, who are ready for newer technologies and are even excited about the opportunity to try it out," said Christina Lethlean, CEO of Gesa Credit Union.
Gesa will roll out the first five Personal Teller Machines beginning next year.
