Man accused of molestation will act as own attorney

Posted: Updated:

PASCO, WA- A man accused of child molestation will act as his own attorney when he goes on trial Wednesday.

Prosecutors say Neftali Camacho, 31, inappropriately touched a young boy six years ago.

The boy came forward in 2010 after Pasco police arrested Camacho for trying to lure young boys to his home.

Camacho represented himself in that trial. The jury convicted him and he spent six months in jail.
