SPOKANE, Wash. - A federal judge in Spokane sentenced a Pasco man to ten years in federal prison today, for possession of meth with intent to distribute the drug. Court documents show 42 year old James Gerald Garza was arrested in the Tri-Cities in 2010 for selling crystal meth on several occasions. He was on work release for a prior conviction at the time. Garza was also sentenced to eight years of court supervision after he's released from prison. He has a long criminal history, including prior drug trafficking convictions.
