HERMISTON, OR. - Three suspects are behind bars after police arrested them on Thursday for burglary and vandalism.
19-year-old Fernando Garcia and 18-year-old Christopher Garcia and a 16-year-old teenager are accused of stealing and spray painting graffiti on several cars and houses. Hermiston police say the graffiti is not gang related.
They say there are 15 known victims of theft or vandalism in this case.
All three were charged with unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, unlawfully applying graffiti, possession of graffiti implement, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Fernando and Christopher were taken to Umatilla County Jail and the teen was released to this parents.
