3-year-old Sunnyside boy still in serious condition

SUNNYSIDE, Wash.-- The 3-year-old Sunnyside boy who accidentally shot himself in the head with his father's gun, is still in serious condition Wednesday.

Police have not yet released the boy's name, but say he found his father's gun while riding in a pickup with his two siblings, and his dad, Refugio Lara, 31.

Lara is cooperating with investigators and no charges have been filed.
