Creation of 2013 Tri-Cities Fever Schedule Easy

Posted: Updated:

KENNEWICK, Wash. -  The Indoor Football League features a new set up this season.  Five teams per conference, which is different than the eight teams per conference last season. Making the schedule for each team presented a new difficulty. The Tri-Cities Fever schedule released yesterday, consists of 14 games over 18 weeks, with the Fever starting in week three. Fever General Manager Teri Carr says the schedule was still pretty easy to make.

"The creation of the schedule this year was actually fairly easy. You've got ten teams, five in each conference, it was an even number which made it easier," said Teri Carr, Tri-Cities Fever General Manager. "But really there's only two teams this year that are on an island, so to speak. And that's us and Texas, versus last year there was four."
