BLOG: Dwight Howard Says He Never Had a Drink Before L.A.

I found this blog post quite refreshing today. Did you know the first time Dwight Howard had a drink was when he was traded to the Lakers?

I didn't know that. Wouldn't have thought that. Sure respect that.

To be truthful, I'm well into my thirties and haven't had a drink either. So…. But I believe there's something to be admired in someone that has made a decision and has found the power to stick with it.

I found a new respect for a professional athlete today. That respect runs deeper than any lesson taught by a game.
