Hill, from Stockton, Calif., returned a kickoff 99 yards for a touchdown on Saturday to help the Eagles beat North Dakota 55-17. The return happened in the first quarter and game EWU a 20-10 lead.

Later in the first half, Hill returned a kick 41 yards to set up a touchdown to make the score 27-10.
