Even before Washington State finished its multi-million dollar renovation at Martin Stadium Bill Moos and his friends were talking about a new football operations building.

On Wednesday we got to see what the proposed addition would look like.

The new building would go up in the west end zone at Martin Stadium and house the Cougar football program. It would have new weight and locker equipment, new meeting rooms and coaches offices. The addition would also feature a WSU Football heritage area and a gameday home for former letter winners.

In all, the project is expected to cost no more than somewhere around $60 million. If it gets the green light from the Board of Regents, it should be completed by February 2014.
