UNION GAP, Wash.-- More troubles for the City of Union Gap. Former City Clerk, Kathryn Thompson is suing.
In the 19 page lawsuit, Thompson alleges sexual discrimination, and wrongful termination against Mayor Jim Lemon and the city.
Thompson resigned earlier this year while on administrative leave.
She's suing for an unspecified amount of money, but Mayor Lemon says she won't get anything.
"Anybody can sue for any amount of money they want, that doesn't mean they're going to get it. And I really believe that she's not going to get this money," said Mayor Lemon.
This is the second lawsuit filed against the city by a former employee this year.
Former Fire Chief, Bill Steele is seeking over a million dollars after he was fired in 2011.
