RICHLAND, Wash. - On Monday night, September 24th, the Tri-Cities Soroptimist Against Trafficking task force will hold a human trafficking awareness event.
The event, "challenges and Strategies for Fighting Human Trafficking in Our Community," will include an update on the anti-human trafficking efforts in the Tri-Cities, featuring Suzi Carpino from Subside's Promise and Chariss Warner from the Union Gospel Mission as speakers.
The event is at the Richland Public Library in the Doris Roberts Gallery, from 6 to 8 PM and is open to the pubic.
