TOPPENISH, Wash. - A 15 year old boy died at a Seattle hospital this morning after police say he was shot in the head in Toppenish. Officers say Jose Rodriguez of Buena and a 16 year old boy were walking on the 700 block of Madison Avenue Wednesday night, when four people dressed in red drove up in a white pickup truck. Three of them ran after the boys. One of them shot Rodriguez at close range on the 800 block of Monroe Alley. The 16 year old was able to run away. Police say the shooting is gang related.
