KENNEWICK, Wash. - Potential travelers gathered this morning in a parking lot at the corner of Clearwater Ave. and HWY 395 in Kennewick today hoping to win a free vacation. Allegiant Air employees have been making their way across the country in a tour bus, giving out free airline tickets. Employees say the chance at a free vacation really excites people.
"People are really excited about their vacations. So they like to plan ahead, they like to discuss. We've had a lot of discussions with potential travelers about where they want to go. they're also excited about the prospect of setting on a vacation for free," said Eric Fletcher, Allegiant employee.
Jenny Brooks won the Tri-Cities airport drawing with a trip to Las Vegas. A national drawing for one free flight a month for four years will be held in three weeks.
