Gym enhancement fee trial continues

KENNEWICK, Wash., -- Testimony continues in the case of a former gym owner accused of stealing money from members.

Prosecutors say Jason Sleater stole from more than 300 members by charging an "enhancement fee" without notice; then didn't refund the money when he shut down 509 Fitness in March.

Today, jurors heard from an employee of the billing company Sleater used to charge the fee.

Jason Sleater faces eight felony theft charges.
