PASCO, Wash.- Road crews throughout the Tri-Cities are trying to finish several projects before winter weather shows up.
Tuesday Pasco city workers close the Lewis Street underpass from 7 a.m. to noon so they can paint stripes.
Fire trucks and ambulances will be allowed through, but drivers will need to follow the detour from Oregon to A Street, then up First Avenue.
Workers will also close the underpass Thursday morning to repair some of the lights along Lewis Street.
