Court date set for 509 Fitness owner - NBC Right Now/KNDO/KNDU Tri-Cities, Yakima, WA |

KENNEWICK, Wash. --  A trial date was set this morning for Jason Sleater, the owner of '509 Fitness.'

Sleater is accused of charging hundreds of gym members an 'enhancement fee' and then shutting the gym down; without giving any refunds.

Sleater did not appear in court this morning.

He will be present for a pre-trial hearing on August 23rd.

His trial date is set for September 4th.
