BUENA, Wash. - Yakima County Sheriff's Deputies along with members of the Columbia Basin Dive Rescue Team are performing a body recovery operation at Buena Pond, just outside the town of Buena today. A 16-year old boy was last seen swimming in the pond with two friends around 3:30 Monday. Search efforts were started Monday afternoon but were called off about 10:00 pm. Crews were back at the pond looking for the boy's body this morning. Family members are at the scene today, they say the boy was not a strong swimmer. His name has not been released.
