Ellensburg, WASH.--A 51-year old man fell down a rock cliff around 9:30 p.m. Saturday and died.

According to a release from the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office, Glenn Williams of Issaquah fell nearly 50 feet into shallow water at Lake Kachess.

The sheriff's office said the man pulled off I-90 to look at the view with his wife.

The cause of the death and fall are still under investigation. Alcohol does appear to have played a factor.
