Police arrest man for Alabama bar shooting - NBC Right Now/KNDO/KNDU Tri-Cities, Yakima, WA |

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. Police say officers have captured a gunman who fired into a crowded bar near the University of Alabama.         

Police say the gunman early Tuesday wounded nearly a dozen people, one person critically.         

Police are also investigating whether the bar rampage is connected to a shooting about 45 minutes earlier at a home a couple of miles away. One person was wounded in that shooting.

Police haven't released details on how they captured the man.
