ELLENSBURG, Wash. -- Investigators are looking into what started a fire next to a church in Ellensburg, Saturday night.
It happened at around 10 p.m. on Ruby Street.
27 firefighters responded to the fire. Crews left at around 1 a.m. Sunday.
Fire chief John Sinclair, with Kittitas Valley Fire & Rescue, says most of the damage was on the exterior portion of the building.
Early estimates of the damage is between $50,000 and $100,000.
Chief Sinclair says the building damaged was located on the church property.
No on was hurt.
The Kittitas County Fire marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
