Animal help group takes away cats - NBC Right Now/KNDO/KNDU Tri-Cities, Yakima, WA |

RICHLAND, Wash. -- NBC Right Now, following up on the removal of more than 60 cats from a Richland home

A rescue group from Stanwood, Washington came to pick up the cats from Gwen Carlson's home.

The group is called Northwest Organization for Animal Help or "NOAH".

The action comes after Carlson called asking for help with the growing number of cats in her home.

Carlson collected the cats hoping to find them homes, but more cats were dropped off at her house.

None of the cats will be put down, and "NOAH" hopes to get them all adopted.
