YAKIMA, Wash.-- Prosecutors in Yakima have filed new charges against a man accused murder after his first trial last week ended in a mistrial.
Sebastian Looney is now charged with first-degree felony murder and robbery.
Jurors declared Looney not guilty last week of premeditated first-degree murder but couldn't decide on a verdict for the robbery charges. The not guilty verdict meant prosecutors had to go for a lower murder charge.
Looney is accused of shooting 21-year-old Gary Snell Jr in 2010 and hiding the body under his grandmother's porch.
