TOPPENISH, Wash.-- There is new information on a suspicious death we first told you about in April. Yakima County Sheriff's deputies have made an arrest in the death of a 19-year-old man and according to court documents, the series of events that led up to his death are shocking.

The shooting happened on the 11,000 block of North Track Road in Toppenish.

Jesus Flores, 19, was found shot to death at a home there.

According to the arrest affidavit filed with the Yakima County Courthouse, sheriff's deputies have finally arrested Hector Hernandez, 19, a Toppenish man who was at the scene when the shooting happened.

The affidavit says Flores was shot during a game of Russian roulette.

And the shooter? an 11-year-old boy, Hernandez' brother.

Both fled the home after the shooting but the boy turned himself in 5 days later and Hernandez was found in the county jail yesterday on unrelated charges.

He's now facing first degree Manslaughter charges.
