Man accused of White Swan arsons pleads not guilty

YAKIMA, Wash.-- The man accused of lighting several buildings on fire in White Swan plead not guilty today in Yakima.

Roy Carrizal is charged with four counts of first-degree arson and three counts of second-degree arson. The 49-year-old was arrested last month. No one was hurt in any of the fires, which were set in abandoned buildings.
