KENNEWICK, Wash., -- A West Richland man accused of killing his grandmother will spend more time under psychiatric evaluation at Eastern State Hospital.

This morning, a judge signed an order for Adam Williams to undergo an additional 90 days of treatment and evaluation to determine if he is competent to stand trial.

He is set to appear back in court on August 27th.

Williams is accused of fatally stabbing his 87-year-old grandmother in January.
