KENNEWICK, Wash., -- Yet another court delay for the woman accused of killing a Richland toddler.
Prosecutors charged Kelli Jacobsen with manslaughter last October for the death of one year old Ryder Morrison.
Jacobsen was a Morrison's nanny at the time.
Today, Jacobsen's attorney told the judge their primary expert witness on Shaken Baby Syndrome won't be available until next January.
A report on the witness will be ready for the state by the end of the month.
A hearing date is set for July 11th.
