KENNEWICK, Wash.- A construction site Tuesday became a catered affair.

The crew from the Texas Roadhouse restaurant teamed up with Habitat for Humanity to help frame a house on South Jean Place in Kennewick.

The restaurant also chipped in by providing lunch to all the volunteers.

Floor manager Crystal Carter says Roadhouse employees take part in a lot of projects throughout the Tri-Cities.

"Since we opened in November, we've been doing a lot of things, and Habitat for Humanity got a hold of us and we wanted to come out , and build a house."

Habitat for Humanity has built 75 homes in the Tri-Cities since 1994. The organization also helps the elderly and disabled with home repairs.
