YAKIMA, Wash.-- The Humane Society of Central Washington will hold one its biggest fundraisers this weekend.
The 3rd Annual Fur Ball includes a dinner and live and silent auctions.
They'll also serve a number of wines and microbrews from around the Yakima Valley.
Last year's event raised around $30,000, which helped to take care of the 7,000 animals that come through their doors every year.
"It's absolutely essential for us to continue our work so we're hoping people come out and show up and participate in the auction," says Alan Landvoy with the Humane Society.
The event is Saturday night at the Yakima Valley Museum. It starts at 5:30, and you must be 21 and over to attend.
Tickets are 50 dollars, and you can pick them up at the Humane Society or on their website, here.
