PASCO, Wash. --  Despite the recent cancellation of the Cinco de Mayo parade and Fiery Foods Festival in the Tri-Cities, the Mariachi & More Festival at Columbia Park in Kennewick  is still in going to happen.

The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is making sure the free event happens for the seventh year in a row.  President Martin Valadez says they do need sponsors and have several booths for people to reserve.

"Its more of an opportunity for people to come out and for businesses who want exposure to the Latino community, to this event since they weren't able to take advantage of Cinco de <Mayo, Since it didn't occur, there's going to be a lot of people out there, we're going to have a lot of fun. It's a great family event,"

Organizers says they expect more than 5,000 people to show up.It's June 17th at Columbia Park from 11:00am to 7:00pm.  They are also looking for more volunteers.
