Long awaited underpass finally opens

YAKIMA, Wash.--The Lincoln Avenue underpass finally opened Tuesday in Yakima, almost two years after its groundbreaking.

The project has been a headache for the city, nearby business owners, and drivers.

It was delayed last summer when a ground sealing technique failed, putting the project behind schedule and about $4 million over budget.
