SHORELINE, Wash. - Amber Alert: 28-year-old Doreen Starrish is accused of stabbing the father of her children and then kidnapping her children. 3-year-old Alice Smith and 7-year-old Helen Smith were last seen at 1515 NE 190th St. in Shoreline, WA. They are believed to be in danger. Both children are Native American girls with brown hair and brown eyes.
