PORTLAND, Ore. Oregon State Police say officers have closed Interstate 84 near The Dalles while they negotiate with a driver who refuses to get out of his car after a chase.

Police say they spotted a vehicle wanted in an investigation and tried to pull it over. Officers say the driver took an exit and then stopped, but the driver hasn't cooperated with officers.

Police say a SWAT team is on its way.
