LOS ANGELES (AP) - A spokesman says Dick Clark, the longtime host of 'American Bandstand,' has died. He was 82. Clark, who also became a familiar part of Americans' New Year's Eve celebrations with his broadcasts from Times Square, had been slowed since a stroke in 2004.
