YAKIMA, Wash.-- The Department of Ecology is holding an open house Monday to discuss the future cleanup at Apple Valley Elementary School in Yakima.
Workers found lead and arsenic above state cleanup levels in the soil.
People will have chance to ask questions after a presentation from the department.
Ecology leaders say the contamination most likely came from the past use of chemicals and pest spray.
The open house runs from 6-8pm on Monday night.
