gMed is pleased to report that gScan, gMed’s new bulk scanning solution, has been released to both new and current clients. gScan allows practices who keep paper charts in the office to become completely paperless quickly and efficiently.
Weston, FL (PRWEB) April 03, 2012
Unlike many generic bulk scanning solutions, gScan is a fully integrated solution that permits practices to scan the entire paper chart without a single interface. Additionally, while most solutions scan the documents into a single location, gScan uses barcode recognition technology so that practices which have multiple locations inside the chart can indicate which documents belongs to which location. Staff can then assign date ranges to the scanned documents to indicate the date range for which the historical info is scanned.
"We understand how important it is for practices to have a fully integrated platform, so we committed ourselves to designing, implementing and supporting a more efficient way to help practices become completely paperless," said Sam Rubinsztain, Vice President of Product Development at gMed. "I’m confident gScan will allow our clients to continue to improve patient care and reduce the risk associated with paper charts."
gMed’s scanning solution is fast, easy to implement, and requires minimal clicks and training.
