PASCO, WA-Jurors Tuesday watched the video-taped interview between police detectives and the man on trial for murdering the mother of his young son.
The two-hour video shows Gregorio Luna Luna telling detectives how he caught Griselda Ocampo Meza with another man in her apartment.
Luna Luna told detectives the three struggled for a knife and that's how Ocampo Meza received the fatal wound.
Previous witnesses testified that Luna Luna broke into the apartment with a knife and attacked the woman.
The video also shows Luna Luna at one point breaking down in tears and asking about his son.
A friend of Luna Luna Tuesday testified that Luna Luna had told him he planned to kill his former girlfriend because he was angry she had become involved with somebody else.
